For the communal elections of June 11, 2023, the voters registered on the electoral lists of the Commune can opt for the vote by mail.
As of March 20, 2023the request can be made either :
- by mail on plain paper or on a pre-printed form;
- by electronic filing via myguichet.lu.
The application must indicate:
- last name, first name and address ;
- date and place of birth;
- the address to which the letter of convocation must be sent.
The pre-printed form for voting by mail can be picked up at the town hall or downloaded.
When the application is made by electronic filing, the voter must sign the application with his electronic identity card or LuxTrust product before transmitting it via MyGuichet.lu.
The request must reach the College of Burgomasters and Aldermen no later than :
- Tuesday, May 02, 2023 for ballots sent to an address abroad.
- Wednesday, May 17, 2023 for the sending of the ballot to an address in Luxembourg.
