- Historic speech by Charlotte STRASSER
- Address by Deacon Raymond GOEDERT
- Blessing of the chapel by the parish priest Daniel GRAUL
- Procession to the Centre Culturel Martialis
The ceremony will close with a vin d’honneur offered by the local authorities.
