New drinking water treatment from 27.01.2025
The Commune of Mondorf-les-Bains is pleased to inform you that you will be supplied with newly treated drinking water from today.
Important information!
By the time you receive this notice, your drinking water setting has already been changed.
The new water hardness is:
– 10-12° German hardness (dH)
– 18-21° French hardness (fH)
For all households and businesses
– Thoroughly flush your household pipes to replace the water in
your domestic network;
– Check the settings of your household appliances (dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.) and adjust them
to the new water hardness.
For households and businesses with a private water treatment system
– Have the system deactivated and taken out of service by a qualified installer
OR
– If you continue to use your private system, have the settings and operation checked and adjusted by a qualified installer;
– Inform any third parties involved (e.g. tenants) of any changes;
– Optional: inform the Commune de Mondorf-les-Bains if your system remains in service or is taken out of service (reception@mondorf-les-bains.lu oder 23 60 55 – 1)
