Commission communale du vivre-ensemble interculturel – Call for candidates
The municipality of Mondorf-les-Bains is pleased to announce the creation of a new communal commission whose remit will include the intercultural living together of all those living and working on its territory (including cross-border workers).
The commission’s mission is to :
- identify priorities and any obstacles encountered in the field of intercultural living together at local level
- assist the commune in developing and implementing measures and activities to promote intercultural coexistence at commune level
- promote access to information, civic participation and community life
- promote dialogue, intercultural exchange and mutual understanding between all residents of the commune
- to ensure respect for the values of intercultural coexistence and, in particular, to raise awareness and implement measures to combat racism and all forms of discrimination at municipal level
- elect municipal representatives to the Board of Governors
For this reason, the college of burgomasters and aldermen proposes to launch a CALL FOR CANDIDATES to become a member of the commission in question.
If you live or work in the commune of Mondorf-les-Bains and are interested in becoming a member of the communal commission for intercultural living together, the college of burgomasters and aldermen kindly asks you to submit your application by e-mail to the communal secretariat by December 15, 2023 at the latest (secretariat@mondorf-les-bains.lu).
